Adding Storage Tree

Up until now, our collection has been stored at one facility. We are now incorporating a collection at another facility into our database. The highest level of our storage tree is “Site” but there doesn’t appear to be a way to add a second site because there is no parent level. Is there a way to add another site at the top level of the storage tree or do I need to add another level above the current top level of the storage tree so that I can add another site? Is there a way to do this from the system configuration or do I need to use the setup wizard?
